By engaging with  Clinic Heroes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Clinic Heroes agrees to provide services for medical billing, credentialing, and marketing as agreed upon. 

2. Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees as specified in the proposal or contract. Payments are due monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Confidentiality

 Clinic Heroes abides by all HIPPA laws to maintain confidentiality and security while providing services.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Clinic Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland.
